Manufacture of infrared windows for Rayonier Biorefinery
Rayonier Biorefinery (Tartas/France) is part to the international RYAM group, world leader of cellulose-based technologies. The production plant has a capacity of 140,000t of cellulose per year. The factory generates and markets 20 MW of green electricity on the French grid. The factory is one of the most important economic players in the Landes region of France.
The goal was to reduce production downtime due to failures on electrical equipment requiring repair or change of equipment, reduce the economic losses associated with these production stoppages, and optimize preventive maintenance.
