The Commercial Court of Pau will have sole jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, pursuant to any law, regulation or final decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8 – MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE
Wintech Group reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use of its website at any time and without notice. Users will be automatically bound by these changes when browsing this website and should periodically read the Terms of Use.
